前陣子一部暢銷的音樂電影「夢想新樂章 (I Can Only Imagine)」裡面的故事主角 Bart Millard 以及他的樂團 MercyMe，是CCM領域的大團，今天就透過Bart Millard的生命故事，以及MercyMe的音樂, 見證上帝如何在絕望中掌權，將一切涙水變成珍珠。

生命中所遭遇的一切事都不是偶然，因為上帝在掌權。生活中的災難也不會是永遠是悲劇，因為上帝在聖經說：「我向你們所懷的意念是賜平安的意念，不是降災禍的意念，要叫你們末後有指望。」本集的主題歌曲，來自 MercyMe 2009 年的作品 You Reign (祢掌權)

CCM (Contemporary Christian Music) 中譯為「現代基督教音樂」，又稱作「流行福音歌曲」，指的是注入了當代流行音樂元素的敬拜詩歌。

早期的聖詩氣氛莊嚴，強調突顯上帝神聖的形象。1950年代，當搖滾樂開始流行時，傳統教會不能接受這種聽起來世俗放縱的音樂，甚至認為搖滾樂就是撒旦魔鬼的音樂。到了70年代初，一群自稱耶穌子民的年輕時代，開始了一個Jesus movement 耶穌運動，也帶起了一個全新的流行敬拜讚美詩歌風潮，改變了全球教會崇拜的方式，也讓福音音樂走進人們的生活。
